Joanna Bowman
Director
Joanna is a theatre director and dramaturg living in Glasgow. She has worked for organisations including National Theatre of Scotland, Edinburgh International Festival, Citizens Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre, Mahogany Opera, Perth Theatre, Òran Mór, Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre and Dundee Rep. She was a finalist for the 2022 JMK Award. She likes theatre that is messy and loud.
Elicia Daly
Performer
Elicia trained at The Central School of Speech and Drama. For Vanishing Point she has performed in: The Dark Carnival; Bluebeard's Castle & The 8th Door; The Destroyed Room; Tomorrow; The Beautiful Cosmos of Ivor Cutler and the multi-award winning Interiors. Her other theatre credits include; Purge (Arcola), Fen (Finborough/National Theatre Studio), MayFair (Pentabus at Latitude), Fanny and Faggot (Finborough and Trafalgar Studios), Her Naked Skin (National Theatre), Olly's Prison (Edward Bond Season at The Cock Tavern). Television and film includes Eastenders, Holby City, Conspiracy of Silence and Cold Shoulder.
Kai Fischer
Designer
Kai trained at Glasgow University and at HDM Stuttgart, from where he graduated with a degree in Audio-Visual Media Design. Work with Vanishing Point includes the lighting design for Tabula Rasa and Tomorrow, set and lighting designs for The Beautiful Cosmos of Ivor Cutler, Interiors and The Beggar’s Opera as well as set, lighting and projection designs for The Destroyed Room, Wonderland and Saturday Night.
Sandy Grierson
Performer
Sandy Grierson is a creative associate of Vanishing Point and has performed in The Beautiful Cosmos of Ivor Cutler, Saturday Night, The Beggar's Opera, Little Otik, Subway, Mancub, Lost Ones, Stars Beneath the Sea and Invisible Man. Sandy Grierson trained with David W.W. Johnstone of Lazzi (Oresteia, Witkacy Idiota, Mr. Pinocchio) and Zofia Kalinska of Ariel Teatr ( A Little Requiem for Kantor, Dybuk, The Night of the Great Season).
Pauline Goldsmith
Performer
Pauline Goldsmith is an actor, writer, director and performer from Belfast. She has worked with Vanishing Point for nearly twenty years as an actor and creative collaborator, working on The Sightless, Last Stand, Little Otik, Interiors, The Beggars Opera, Wonderland, Tomorrow, The Destroyed Room and Tabula Rasa. Her legendary Irish wake show Bright Colours Only has toured the world in a hearse.
Peter Kelly

Peter Kelly first worked with Vanishing Point in 2010, when he joined the Company of Interiors for performances in Rome, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Moscow, Brussels, Lodz and the 2016 Edinburgh International Festival. Peter was part of the creative team for Vanishing Point’s Tomorrow and joined Matthew Lenton in Kosovo in 2016, assisting on The Merchant of Venice at the National Theatre of Kosovo. His final performance was in The Dark Carnival in 2019. Peter continued to be close to the Company and its work until his death in 2024.
